Excel - Custom Number Formats
Custom number formats are used to change the way that the contents of a cell is displayed. (The cell format does not affect the actual contents of the cell).
You can find this option on the Menu Bar Format>Cells... or Right Click of the mouse or <Ctrl> + <1>. Then choose the Number tab and select the Category Custom.
The cell format is made up of 4 sections seperated by a semicolon (;) Positve Values;Negative Values;Zero Values;Text
Please feel free to add any that you can think of that are not already listed.
